But who are we?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">We are ordinary and extraordinary, brilliant and average, and                 as Carl Sandburg would have said, we are the people.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Like other Masonic Lodges, Dayton Lodge holds regular stated                 business meetings for the obvious reason of maintaining our existence                 as a Masonic Lodge. But we put emphasis on the family, and have                 as many family functions as possible, such as our picnic, dinners,                 dances, and other outings. We take our Masonic work seriously,                 but we pull pranks on each other, swap jokes, and kid each other.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The world outside can be harsh and there may be days when you                 feel like chucking it all and joining a monastery, or buying                 that remote swamp land in Florida. These are the days when you                 can come to a Lodge meeting, leave the world outside for a while,                 and enjoy the friendly faces and warm smiles that greet you,                 from the time you walk in the door until you leave.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">In Dayton Lodge you will be challenged to do some things you                 might have thought you couldn&#8217;t do. These are the things that                 make you a better man than you may have thought you could be.                 Do you have to participate? You may do as much or as little as                 you want.
